In the past twelve months, we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email address, IP address), commercial information (such as transaction data), internet or other electronic network activity information (such as browsing history and interactions with our Services), geolocation data, and inferences drawn from the above to create a profile about you.
Your CCPA Rights
As a California consumer, you have the right to:

Your California Privacy Rights (Shine the Light)
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.

If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with the Services, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Services.
"Do Not Track" Policy
Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature that signals to websites that you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. FunnelForge does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals because there is no industry-standard interpretation of what "Do Not Track" means and how to respond to it.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Services.
